How to monitor incoming and out going payload in CA Service desk Manager?

Issue/Introduction

There are many application which are integrated with CA Service desk manager using webservices. 
How do we monitor the payload for additional debugging?

Environment

Release CA Servicedesk Manager 17.4.4.

Resolution

Step 1: These below variables can be updated/Added in NX.ENV. 

NX_WEBSVC_SOAP_LOGGING (0 - only default logging)
NX_WEBSVC_SOAP_LOGGING (1 - to log incoming paylods)
NX_WEBSVC_SOAP_LOGGING (0 - to log outgoing payloads)

Step 2: Recycle CA Service desk services.

Step 3: Review logging from jsrvr.log file.

Note: For incoming/outgoing payload, Uncomment below section: 
NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE\webapps\cxf\WEB-INF\classes\log4j2.xml
