'New from Template' button does not work in Modern UX Project Tiles of Clarity 16.3.2

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Clarity version 16.3.2 it has been noticed users are unable to create New Projects using the "New From Template" button on Project tiles page

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Upgrade Clarity from say 16.3.1 to 16.3.2
2. Login to Clarity Modern UX and click to open Project Tiles page
3. Click on "New From Template" button 

 

Expected: A new modal page to be displayed showing list of Project Templates

Actual: Click on the "New From Template" button has no effect and there are no error messages or warnings
