Microsoft SSIS client is not able to load collection end points using Clarity Odata Service

Issue/Introduction

Following the upgrade to version 16.3.1 of Broadcom SaaS along with the change of the ODATA service, Microsoft SSIS client is not able to load collection end points 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Install VS Studio 2022
2. Install Extension SQL Server Integration Services Project 2022
3. Create a package in VS Studio 2022 
4. Create a data source by providing the Data Warehouse OData Service URL details
5. Now under Dataflow Task create a ODATA source 

Expected Results: The collections should be loading in order to fetch data via ODATA 

Actual Results: Error "Connection Manager cannot be empty"
