Email notification for not existing expired certificates in certificate library

Issue/Introduction

• You receive the email notification for expired certificate.
• The certificate mentioned in the email is not part of the Certificate Library on the VMware Cloud Director (VCD) UI.
• The certificate are already expired.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

stale entry for the certificate are present in the VCD database.

Resolution

The certificate stale entry has to be deleted on the database.
