Initial loading of the Timesheets module is slower

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Measure the time it takes for the page to load, when the 'Timesheets' icon is clicked, in the Modern UX, in say 16.2.1. The measurement can be accomplished by using a browser developer tool's 'Network' tab
2. Measure the time again, in version 16.2.3

Expected Result: The measured times are a close match, provided that the systems hosting both 16.2.1 and 16.2.3 are also a close match.

Actual Result: It takes longer for the page to load in version 16.2.3, than in version 16.2.1.
