Move robots to another hub using a probe utility callback in DX UIM

Issue/Introduction

We would like to move robots, similarly to what we do in Infrastructure Manager (IM) by right-clicking on the robot and select "move", but with a probe utility callback. 

Is there a callback to move robots to another hub or domain?

The controller callback called "sethub" does the same operation as the "Move..." IM GUI option: 

Sethub callback requires the following minimum parameters to be filled:

hubdomain
hubname
hub_dns_name (or hubIp)
hubport
