Records created via template, will not initially see the conditional grid formatting

Issue/Introduction

After a record is created using a Template, the conditional formatting on the grid does not get applied to the new instance.  Navigation or refreshing the page applies the conditional formatting. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Conditional Formatting (CF) rule and enable it on a grid for a workspace that allows creating records via template 
2. Create a new record using a template and filling out data fields that will meet the conditions created for the CF rule 
3. Observe the newly created record in the grid 

Expected Results: Conditional formatting to appear for newly created records from a template. 

Actual Results: Conditional grid formatting is not applied to a newly created record from a template. 

Workaround: Navigation or refreshing the page applies the conditional formatting.
