Issue/Introduction

Problem Description:

Using FireFox 41.0, or any other version after this, any CSI with a '$' or '#' in the CSI dataset name can not be found due to FireFox converting the '$' to a '%24', or the '#' to a '%23'

Resolution:

The solution to this case is a 'work-around' within FireFox.
In FireFox Options enter 'about:config'
Confirm 'I promise to be careful' dialog (if it appears).
Search for the 'dom.url.getters_decode_hash' key
Set the value to 'true'
