Question:
On the console, we are seeing CAS9012A 00003 KEY WARNINGS/VIOLATIONS ON CPU xxxxx
CAS9013A PRODUCT FL ABOUT TO EXPIRE OR IS EXPIRED AND IS IN USE
What product is FL and why are we seeing these messages?
Answer:
These CAS9012A and CAS9013A messages appear when the CA EDP AUDITOR MVS or CA LIBRARY OF ROUTINES (EDP/A) programs were executed and the site does not have a valid LMPKEY. The solution is to obtain the FL LMPKEY from the CA Licensing Team or remove the product from the RHDCPINT module.
To determine what product FL is, go to the IDMS 18.5 Installation and Maintenance Guide, Appendix A: CA IDMS Product List where it shows that FL is CA EDP AUDITOR MVS or CA LIBRARY OF ROUTINES (EDP/A)
The CA EDP/AUDITOR program names begin with ATxxxxx and AMxxxxx. For example, ATAGESUM or ATSUMMRB. These programs would be located in the Culprit libraries. CA EDP Auditor is commonly known as "Library of Routines" (LOR) or Advantage CA-IDMS DATABASE LIBRARY OF ROUTINES. EDP Auditor is a tool for EDP auditors that includes a library of CA-Culprit routines which provide algorithms and reports for confirmations, statistics sampling, statistics sample analysis, and summary and graphical analysis.
To remove the FL product from the RHDCPINT (Product Intent Module) macro, reassemble the module, recycle cv or at the Enter Next Task Code, issue “DCMT VARY NUC MOD RHDCPINT NC”, followed by “DCMT VARY NUC RELOAD”.
Then at the Enter Next Task Code, issue System Task DCPROFIL to verify that the FL product is gone
