What ports are required for the integration of CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) 14.1 and CA Business Intelligence (CABI) 4.1?

 

Answer: 

The following ports need to be open between the CA SDM and CABI servers in order for the CA SDM-CABI integration to work correctly:

CA SDM Server

  • CA SDM ODBC Services - ports 19986 and 19987

CABI Server

  • Tomcat port (8080 by default)
  • Tomcat shutdown port (8075 by default)
  • Tomcat redirect port (8443 by default)
  • Server Intelligence Agent (6410)
  • Central Management Server (6400)
