Is there any impact of UNICODE on SMR?

Issue/Introduction

Planning to activate "UNICODE" on our z/OS 1.13 system. Is there any impact to SMR ?

Resolution

SMR does not use Unicode Services(UNICODE), thus there is no impact .

Also, the UNICODE does not depend on z/OS version.
