How it works or how is it edited for the Forecast attributes such as the 'Detailed Forecast Cost' and other Forecast attributes?
In version 13.0, the Change Impact and Upgrade Guide informs us that the Simple Budget 'forecast' fields were removed. Instead there should only be 'Planned' and 'Budget' attributes.
As of this version, it is true that you can no longer have the old, simple 'forecast' attributes on the Project Simple Budget page, and no 'forecast' attributes exist on Cost Plan Detail Object.
However, if you go to the Project, Attributes list, you can find 'Detailed Forecast Benefit' and 'Detailed Forecast Cost' attributes. If you go to the Project, Hierarchy Tab and go to the Financial Rollup - Detail view, you can configure both the 'Detailed Forecast Cost' and 'Detailed Forecast Benefit' attributes.
It does not make sense that these attributes exist on the project object and available on the project hierarchy pages as there is no way to enter data into the detailed financial cost plan.
It seems that these attributes should be removed / not appear as there is no way to enter data into the Cost Plan Detailed Financial Planning object.
The following issue is logged with development to ensure that these attributes are removed from the application as they do not provide any functionality.

Remove these attributes from any views that you have configured, such as the Hierarchy pages or Cost plan pages.
