Answer: 

- Yes. To immediately download the latest CA RS level into your Software Catalog

Follow these steps:

 - Go to the 'Settings Tab' and under 'System Settings' select 'Software Catalog'.

 - In the "CA RS Settings' section, click the 'UPDATE IMMEDIATELY' button. 

Otherwise, in this same 'CA RS Settings' section you can see the schedule for when it will automatically download the latest CA RS level.
