How to export a modeled Datacom dataview.

Issue:

I'm using CA Ideal Source Transport Utility (IDUTSTRN) to export a modeled CA Datacom Dataview and receiving error message 1-IDSTDVWE02E - Dataview not found. How do I export a modeled Datacom Dataview?

Resolution:

The IDUTSTRN program can only be used to transport sequential file dataviews that are created in CA Ideal, not modeled in Datadictionary.

The definitions for CA Datacom dataviews (and for modeled sequential file dataviews) can be moved with the CA Datadictionary Batch Transaction Generator (DDBTGLM) utility.
