Issue/Introduction

Problem:

When looking at NetVoyant Web Reporting all views have the following message:

An item with the same key has already been added.

Resolution:

- Restart the following services:

NetQoS MySql51
NetVoyant Email Scheduler Service
NetVoyant Name Service
NetVoyant Service Manager

- Perform an IISRESET at the command line.
