Unable to join poller back to the cluster after an eHealth upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

When attempting to join a poller back to a cluster by running the nhJoinCluster command the following error is observed:

Enter Existing Cluster Password:

Error: Incorrect authentication for machine

 

Environment:  

eHealth 6.3.2.09 clustered environment

 

Cause:

Incorrect password

 

Resolution:

On the system in question, run:

1. NH_HOME/bin/sys/nhiGetClusterPasswd
2. On your other eHealth systems in the cluster, run the same command and compare what is returned by each system.
3. On any systems where the password is incorrect, run: nhSetClusterPasswd
