Picklist modified date is NaN.NaN.NaN in German locale

Issue/Introduction

Picklist modified date is shown as NaN.NaN.NaN instead of the date in localized format.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Modern UX, change the language to German and locale to German(Germany).
2. (16.2.0 only) Log out / log in to apply the new language and locale settings.
3. Open any project on the tasks module and create a new Picklist: click on Projects (Projekte) > [project] > Tasks (Aufgaben) > View Options (Anzeigeoptionen) > Manage Playlists (Auswahllisten verwalten) > New picklist (Neue Auswahlliste) > Done (Fertig).
4. Click again on Manage Playlists (Auswahllisten verwalten).

Expected Results: Modified (Geändert) date is shown as today's date in localized format (e.g.: 01.01.2024).

Actual Results: Modified (Geändert) date is shown as NaN.NaN.NaN.
