Issue/Introduction

Filtering for projects via the Master Project Code field in the Programs module does not produce the expected result when the Programs filter drop down is set to ALL as to when it is set to No.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Home -> Portfolio Management -> Programs
  2. Enter any Project ID in the Master Project Code field
  3. Is Program drop down is equal to No and click on filter
  4. Respective project is filtered
  5. Is Program drop down is equal to ALL and click on filter

Expected Results: The result should filter and display the respective project

Actual Results: Filter returns no results
