Status Reports - The updated values in field getting reset

Issue/Introduction

In Modern UX when in the Project Status tab, when updates are made to text attributes in the Status Report, sometimes the updated value is reverted to the previous value.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. In Mux go to a Project and select the Status tab
2. Configure the Status Report View so that there are multiple text attributes on the canvas.
3. Click Done to Save.
4. Now update the values in the Text attributes so that they have a value.
5. Try updating the value in the Text attribute.

Expected Results: The updated value is updated and retained.

Actual Results: When the attributes are updated, it briefly shows the previous value and then displays the updated values. However, on some occasions, the previous value is displayed and the updated value doesn't persist.This is intermittent and can not be reproduced every time.

DE78632 is fixed in 16.2.2 also backported to 16.2.1 patch 1
