Issue/Introduction

Using Custom attribute in Staffing Allocations by Investment or Allocations by Resource produces an error API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'projects____obs_odf_zpro_601783927' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured.

This can happen for any custom attribute on the Team object as well.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In Classic, create a custom OBS with levels and unites.  Link it to the Resource and Project objects.  In this example: "Product Division"
  2. Open Studio > Objects > Project.  Make the "Product Division" available to the API by giving it an API Alias
  3. Modern > Staffing  >  Add "Product Division" to the filter on Allocations by Investment or Allocations by Investment
  4. Error is received:
API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'projects____obs_odf_zpro_601783927' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured.

Expected Results: Ability to use Custom OBS in Filter

Actual Results:  Filter fails when using Custom OBS

Note- This error is also received when adding a custom attribute to the columns.
