Views temporarily disappear in Hierarchy Risks/Issues/Changes

Issue/Introduction

After changing the settings for a view, the list of existing views is displayed as empty until the next page refresh.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Add the Risks, Issues and/or Changes modules to a new Hierarchy Blueprint.
  2. Create a new Hierarchy with some Investments and select the Blueprint.
  3. Open the Hierarchy and open the Risks, Issues or Changes module.
  4. Save some views so that the views dropdown is not empty.
  5. Select any Risk, Issue or Change, and open the Details flyout.
  6. Click on Configure, do not perform any change, and click on Done. The current view will appear in italics (modified).
  7. Expand the Views dropdown.

Expected Results: The views dropdown is not empty (it displays the same views as in Step 4).

Actual Results: The views dropdown is empty ("No results found").

Environment

Release: 16.1.2 and below.

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.2.0 and is targeted to be included in 16.1.3.3

Workaround: Refresh the page.
