After changing the settings for a view, the list of existing views is displayed as empty until the next page refresh.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results: The views dropdown is not empty (it displays the same views as in Step 4).
Actual Results: The views dropdown is empty ("No results found").
Release: 16.1.2 and below.
