Cannot Add Resource / Assignee to Task in Classic Gannt

Issue/Introduction

In Gantt, starting 16.1.2, the Assigned Resources field is no longer loading Team available resources assigned to project to select from, the lookup Task Available Resources is coming up with no data

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In Clarity 16.1.2 open a project with tasks on it
2. Open Gantt
3. Click on any task to browse for Assigned Resources

Expected Results: To be able to see and assign resources

Actual Results: The lookup Task Available Resources comes up empty:
