Issue/Introduction

When I try to open the Software Portal on my machine, the following error appears:

A problem occurred while loading the Software Portal. Contact IT Helpdesk for assistance.

The following errors exist in the Notification Server logs:

Cause

Corrupt browser cache

Resolution

Clearing the Edge browser cache resolved this issue.
