Issue/Introduction

Error message under SYSVIEW on DB2 menu with the Error:

DB20032E* No active and monitored DB2 Subsystem found.

Environment

SYSVIEW 16.0 & 17.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

In IDB2 Data Collector output, there is the parameter: XNETAGT. 
If XNETAGT=NO, it should be change to XNETAGT=YES, then recycle the IDB2, SYSVIEW and APM Introscope (Wily) started tasks. 
In the startup, there should be this DBG83001I message: 
  
DBG83001I DBFD ... XNET AGENT INITIALIZATION COMPLETE 
  
In this way IDB2 Data Collector started task will connect to the XNET started task to send the data and DB2 metrics will be seen both SYSVIEW and in APM agent.
