Issue/Introduction

Support may ask you to enable ADMIN debug in the NetOps Console:

Without ssl

http://yourpc:8181/pc/center/admin/debug

With ssl

https://yourpc:8182/pc/center/admin/debug

Environment

Release : All supported releases

Resolution

Login as an admin user.

select Logs:

Select Runtime configuration:

Select Show all categories:

Use ctrl-f to search for the value provided by support.

If present, edit it and hit update at the bottom left.

If not present, add the value:

Remember to hit update at the bottom left.

 

 

 

Additional Information

To disable the debug after you are finished, just set the values back to INFO and hit update.
