The User keeps showing up even after it has been disconnected from the AWI

Issue/Introduction

The User keeps showing up in the AWI->User Management->Users-> Connections even after it has been disconnected from the AWI using the "Disconnect User".

Environment

Release : AWA 12.x, 21.x

Cause

N/A

Resolution

Workaround: Stop and restart the CP to which the User is connected to.
