Issue/Introduction

An RA Web Service REST job remains in status active (start initiated / ready for start) and the job report cannot be retrieved.

The agent log shows the following entries:

20221201/122209.211 - U00003620 Routine 'UCEX_R' forces trace because of error.
20221201/122209.211 - U00003449 Output to the TRACE file is finished.
20221201/122209.227 - U02000048 TRACE file opened with flags '0000000000000001', max.trace: '9', memory trace: '0', search type: 'S', search string: ''.
20221201/122209.383 - U00003449 Output to the TRACE file is finished.

The corresponding trace files show this entry:
