I would like to upgrade from Gateway 10.0 or 10.1 OVA Appliance to Gateway 11 OVA Appliance.  How can I do this?

Since the Layer 7 Gateway 11 OVA Appliance is a based on a new Debian OS OVA Appliance there is no in-place upgrade path for customers running the Gateway 10 or 10.1 Appliance Form factor.  The upgrade from the Gateway 10.0 or 10.1 OVA Appliance Form Factor to the Gateway 11 OVA Appliance can be done with the Manual Expedited Upgrade Procedure which can be seen from this page:

The Gateway 10.0 and 10.1 Appliance upgrade to Gateway 11 is similar to how customers upgraded from Gateway 9.x to Gateway 10.x

Is there an In-place upgrade path for my Layer 7 Gateway 10.0 or 10.1 Gateway Appliances?

There is no in-place upgrade path for upgrading the Gateway 10.1 or 10.1 OVA Appliance to the Gateway 11 OVA Appliance.  Gateway 11 is based on a new Debian OS platform and as such a migration to the new Gateway 11 OVA is mandatory for customers running the Gateway 10.0 and 10.1 OVA Appliance.  This migration process is similar to what users did when migrating from Gateway 9.x OVA Appliance to Gateway 10.0 OVA Appliance.
