Issue/Introduction

Receiving one of the following errors trying to validate a JCL member with DB2 statements. This may happen after an operating system upgrade, or after applying JCLCheck maintenance.

CAY6382E ERROR DURING "DB2" INTERFACE, RC= "0000000C" REASON IS "00F30040"

CAY6382E ERROR DURING "DB2" INTERFACE, RC= "S806" REASON IS "PGM FETCH"

Resolution

Install support for the DB2 interface by running a BIND and GRANT of plan name CAZ2JCAF through batch using PGM=IKJEFT01 or online under SPUFI.   Plan name CAZ2JCAF is provided in the JCLCheck CAZ2DBRM library.
