Environment

Automation Engine 12.3.6

Cause

This is a defect of the Automation Engine.

Resolution description :

A problem has been fixed where Automation Engine created traces with following error message:
U00003620 Routine 'UCPRMPTR' forces trace because of error.

Resolution

Solution:

This bug is fixed in version 21.0.5 of the Automation Engine which is already available.

However due to bugs with huge impacts, that were discovered in AE 21.0.5, we recommend to wait for the outstanding Hotfix 21.0.5 hf1 before proceeding with an upgrade.

 

 

 

Additional Information

This problem can only happen in systems with Oracle database.
