Resolution

  • The Data Loss Prevention Network Prevent for Web Virtual Appliance Addon for ProxySG/ASG uses both a BCL license and an .slf license. The BCL license can be obtained by going to the My Entitlements page and generating a new key

                           

    • Look up the product to download .slf file  ( eg :Data Loss Prevention Network Prevent for Web Virtual Appliance )   
           


    • Once at the DLP VA download page, check for the version 16.0

            
    • Then look for the file Name Symantec_DLP_16.0_DLPDVA160_License.zip, to download .slf file

        
    • After that, kindly can open the Zip File and unzip the .slf file
