Reporting tool shows error: U00042296 when running forecast report

Issue/Introduction

When the forecast is run, an error shows up in the log files and in the standard out on the command line:

U00042296 No object found in the database table 'JBA' where 'JBA_OH_Idnr'='2270178'.

There doesn't appear to be any impact - is this the case?

Environment

Release : 12.x, 21.x

Resolution

This message will not cause any impact to the reports or to anything else.  These will show up when the utility tries to read job attributes (stored in the JBA table) for an external dependency, but it has no attributes (by design).  Because of this, the message shows up.  

This message can be ignored and will cause no impact to the reports.
