Environment

Release : 21.0.3

Resolution

1. Open a command prompt and run:

ifconfig -a

2. If there are multiple IPs you will need to add these to the trusted IP of the agent

3. Open the AWI to client 0000 and edit the agent object

4. Add the IPs to the trusted IP section
