NFA 22.2.3+ Requires .NET Framework 4.8

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading the Console to Network Flow Analysis 22.2.3 or higher you may run into a prompt requiring Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8:

Component: Network Flow Analysis 22.2.3+

Cause

Starting in NFA 22.2.3 we will only support .NET Framework 4.8.

The "NFA Check" utility will not be able to install this. So manually downloading the package is the only option at this time. 

Resolution

Please download the Microsoft offline installer for .NET Framework 4.8.0:

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net48-offline-installer

This only needs to be installed on the NFA Console Server.
