USB drive is still writable despite Endpoint Protection read-only policy

Environment

Release : 14.3 and later

Cause

There is a injection conflict with explorer.exe between Endpoint Protection (SEP) and a 3rd party application (Ex: in this case Cortex XD / XDR developed by Palo Alto Networks)

Resolution

Uninstall 3rd party application causing the conflict and/or Cortex XD / XDR developed by Palo Alto Networks to resolve.  

If this doesn't resolve the issue then contact Support.
