MUX Group By slow for large amount of results in Staffing workplace

Issue/Introduction

MUX View with Group by with Period Metrics is very slow over a certain threshold

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On a large customer dataset with custom calendar, navigate to Staffing Module
2. Create a View with Per Period Metrics Allocation and Group by Resource Name
3. Filter the view with 2000 rows Group by Resource
4. Note the results are fast under 5-10 sec.
5. Now filter to return 11k rows Grouped by Resource

Expected Results: Group by to return in a reasonable amount of time compared to first query

Actual Results: The Group By View takes 30+ minutes

Resolution

This is DE65984, duplicate to DE64536 which is fixed in 16.0.3, 16.0.2.1 

Additional improvements are added to 16.1.0
