The SCRTTOOL007 is an IBM message found in the IBM SCRT documentation
Using the Sub-Capacity Reporting Tool
SCRTTOOL007: MACHINE NOT FOUND IN TABLE. MODEL TYPE type MODEL NUMBER model
Explanation: This CPC was not recognized by SCRT. One or more of the SMF or SCRT89 records processed by
SCRT were created on a CPC with the machine type and model listed in the message. However, the level of SCRT
that you are using does not support records created on that CPC machine type and model.
In the message text:type
The four-digit CPC machine type. For instance, 3932, 3931, 2965, 2964, 2828, 2827, 2817, 2818, 2098, 2097, 2096, 2094, 2086, 2084, 2066, or 2064.model

User response: If a newer level of SCRT is available from the SCRT home page, download and use that level to
process this data.If you are already using the latest level of SCRT and you are participating in an IBM hardware Early Support
Program (ESP), download the SCRT deliverable from the ESP Forum and process your data using that ESP level of
SCRT. If you are a z/VSE customer and you are using FTP to move your SCRT89 records to a z/OS system for processing
by SCRT, the FTP transfer must be in binary format (ftp> bin) and block mode (ftp> quote mode b).
If the problem persists, open a service request (PMR), as described in “Obtaining technical support from IBM” on
page 455, and include a short description of the problem and a copy of the SCRT job log (if the SYSPRINT messages were written to the job log) or a copy of the SYSPRINT file (if the messages were written to a separate file).
The ISV SCRT Report Tool did not have support for the specific machine type and model. It is recommended to upgrade to the most current version as per the table below. .
