After loading a transport case into a new client, users are unable to login without the UC user updating their password. The error they are seeing is:
Logon error: Access denied
Release : 12.3.6
When loading users via a transport case, their passwords are automatically set to "pass".
The exception to this is LDAP enabled users who will continue to authenticate with their LDAP password against the server specified in client 0.
The users themselves can login with the password "pass" and will be prompted to change their password.
