Windows agent crashes while checking file events

Issue/Introduction

The Windows agent crashes if a file event with the option 'File size stable' is performed.

Agent log shows something like the following:

20220525/145748.662 - U02000234 File Event with RunID '9629287' has been started in Thread '4864'.
20220525/145748.726 - U02000344 File Event thread '4864' with RunID '9629287' ended.
20220525/145908.525 -           Unexpected error while Agent processing, agent aborting.
