Queue Monitor Dashboard Widget status filter does not work

Issue/Introduction

In AWI, The widget "Queue Monitor" on a Dashboard does not allow anymore to pass the Status Filter to the Process Monitoring page that gets opened when clicking in one of the colour status displayed, opposed to version 12.2.x.

In version 12.2.x upon clicking in the dashboard "queue monitor widget" on the corresponding status - ACTIVE/BLOCKED/WAITING the screen changes to the Process Monitoring perspective, with the Status filter set to the corresponding item that was clicked.
In version 12.3 or v21 this does not work any more - the screen changes to the AWI, without the status filter pre-filled.

A problem has been solved where it was not possible to open a filtered Process Monitoring view by using the Traffic Lights on the Queue Monitor Widget.
