Issue/Introduction

The Automic web ui return's this error during the login attempt.

com.uc4.ecc.backends.exceptions.AutomationEngineAPIE
Can't connect to any REST-endpoint, please check if at
least one JCP Is running and Is reachable via network

JWP log has the following error captured - 

20220610/033600.129 - 29 U00003611 DB OPEN executed. Return Code = '0'
20220610/033628.767 - 31 U00003490 Connection to 'ae-server:2317' initiated, client connection '9'
20220610/033628.768 - 31 U00003303 Could not establish a connection to Server 'AUTOMPRD#CP003' (IP address: '10.0.0.1', Port: '2317').
20220610/033628.769 - 31 U00045014 Exception 'java.net.NoRouteToHostException: "No route to host"' at 'sun.nio.ch.Net.connect0()'.

Resolution

Ensure all the communication ports are open in the network/firewall between the AWI and AE servers. Including rest port 8088.
