Issue/Introduction

Some users are receiving this error when accessing reports on WebViewer 14.0:

CAHVS0311E CA View report list open failed (CCAHVS1104E Unable to qualify selection of reports due to missing CA-Deliver interface (RMOGAM))

They have necessary access and are able to access reports via WebViewer 12.1 or from Mainframe TSO.

Cause

Missing  access rules

Resolution

Grant all users READ/WRITE/EXEC access to the Deliver and View databases across the ACF2 environment. This resolved the issue
