[Forecast] Skipped because of WHEN clause - some jobs not calculated correctly

Issue/Introduction

When running complex workflow some jobs are not calculated correctly no matter which Jobs are on those positions : their Forecast status will be incorrect : "Skipped because of WHEN clause"

Environment

Release : 12.3.5 and superior

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Defect introduced in Automation Engine 12.3.5

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Additional Information

Resolution details:

A problem has been solved where the tasks of a forecasted Workflow and the task statuses (forecasted as ENDED_JP_ABEND or ENDED_INACTIVE) were unnecessarily displayed. The statuses of the Workflow child tasks are no longer displayed, as the Workflow status is the same as that of the tasks, thus avoiding unnecessary confusion.
