Unable to create Alias for objects in Workflow

Issue/Introduction

Unable to save the workflow objects after entering the alias name for a job.

No reason for the failure is informed on the UI.

Environment

Release : 21.0.2

Component : AUTOMIC Automation

Cause

This behaviour due to a bug in the specific product release

Resolution

By design, the field only accepts the uppercase characters. The functionality is working as expected. However, it is missing the tooltips (A message with an appropriate reason).

This has been fixed as part of release 21.0.3. Placing the mouse cursor on the warning symbol populates a tooltip note with a list of all the allowed characters [A-Z  0-9  $ @ _ - . #)
