Service Point: Can't submit Service Catalog request due to custom js files

Issue/Introduction

The following error appears in F12 Developer Tool > Console tab when trying to submit a request in Service Point:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined

Environment

Release : 17.x

Component : SDM - Service Point - Catalog

Cause

custom js files causing the issue to occur

Resolution

1. Go to Service Catalog\filestore\custom\explorer\scripts

2. Move the custom_form_*.js file(s) from this folder to a temp or Desktop folder.

3. Stop xFlow services

4. Go to xFlow\APPS\temp\CasmPlayApi > Delete content

5. Start xFlow Services

6. Delete cache from browser and restart browser (or try in an incognito window to avoid using cache)
