File transfer hangs between v12 and v21 agents

Issue/Introduction

We discovered the following issue regarding file transfers.

In our test scenario, several randomly generated files have to be transferred between a Windows Agent 12.2.10 and a Unix Agent 21.0.2 via a TLS Gateway 21.0.2.
Windows 12.2.9 <===> TLS-GW 21.0.2 <===> Unix 21.0.2

The files can be successfully transferred from Unix to Windows. 
Though, there are job errors on the opposite direction (Windows to Unix). 
The error message on the job is: 

2022-03-17 17:22:59 - U00012129 Connection opened from non-TLS Agent '<v12_agent>' to TLS Agent '<v21_Agent>' via Gateway '<TLS_GATEWAY>(192.0.2.1:02223)'.

2022-03-17 17:23:00 - U00011125 'C:\Automic\temp\out\2.tst'

2022-03-17 17:23:00 - U00011409 FT '1189791525': File Transfer has ended abnormally.

The error occurs randomly. Some (not many, but a few) file transfers from Windows to Solaris are working. Mostly, the jobs are stopping with the mentioned error.

Additional Information

The problem was also occurring on Agents MVS 21.0.3 and Linux Agents 21.0.3

After upgrading the Agent Linux and the TLS Gateway to version 21.0.4 the issue did not occur anymore.
