Clients filter not working when language not English

Issue/Introduction

AWI filter does not work as expected in Client when the preferred Browser language is other than English.

For example:

• on a German or French Browser  like Edge we create the clients 800 and 8001
• we connect to client 0 and we type in the filter 800,  the page will give only the 800 result - which is not normal

• If we do the same on an English browser, both clients are displayed as expected:
