Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Cloud Bridge をアンインストールおよび再インストールする手順について知りたい。

Resolution

1. 以下の SEPM サービスを停止します。
   • Endpoint Protection Manager Bridge
   • Endpoint Protection Manager Bridge uploader
   • Endpoint Protection Launcher
   • Endpoint Protection Manager
   • Endpoint Protection Manager API サービス
   • Endpoint Protection Manager Web サーバー
2. コントロールパネルに移動し SEP Cloud Hub をアンインストールします。
3. C:\Program Files に移動して、Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud Hub フォルダが削除されていることを確認します。
4. 同じサイト内のすべての SEPM で手順 1 ～ 3 を繰り返します。
5. プライマリの SEPM で、残りの 4 つの SEPM サービスを開始します。
6. クラウドコンソールへの Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager ドメインの登録 に従って、プライマリ SEPM を再登録します。
7. 登録が正常に完了したら、同じサイト内の他の SEPM で SEPM サービスを再起動します (該当する場合)。

注: Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud Hub は、SEPM から ICDM への登録の際に自動的にインストールされます。
