Webview - Page not fully loading up in browser

Issue/Introduction

We have installed the MOM and WV on the same server. After the install the MOM EM was not starting. Reviewing the knowledge base, we find the following property.

introscope.apm.feature.enabled=false

We added the property in the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties. Now the MOM and WV both starts good, but when we login in the APM team center it is empty. We need errors when we select bottom right red dot.

Resolution

stop WV and EM.
disable the following property in IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties as follows:
#introscope.apm.feature.enabled=false
clear product cache.
Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of <EM-Home>/work
Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of ./configuration folder except settings and config.ini (DO NOT delete config.ini and settings) 
path: <EM-Home>/product/enterprisemanager/configuration
Delete all files at <EM-Home>/logs
start EM and WV.
