After upgrading from 12.3 to 21.0.2, hostgroups in client 0 used in jobs within a workflow show details Cannot find agent for OH_Idnr '100784' in client '0'.
There is an agent group that exists in client 0
The agent group was re-created after upgrading to 21.0.2
The two agents in the agentgroup are running and have R/W/X in the client where job runs
When running a workflow with the job in it that uses the agent group, the workflow gets blocked on that job. The details in the workflow monitor show:

This has been fixed with the release of 21.0.3 HF1, available for download from downloads.automic.com. Please note that the fix is with the AutomationEngine component, so the fix requires the Automation Engine, Utility, initialdata, and AWI components all be updated to the same hotfix level.
Workaround:
Create a copy of the agentgroup in the client where the jobs should run
